Our beautiful locally caught fresh hake is one of the most sort after sustainable fish in the world, where we are lucky enough to get eat at such great value. We only source our hake from line vessels and try to stay away from trawl caught vessels as we feel long line method is more sustainable and quality is far superior.

• depending on the sizes you will receive 2-4 fillets / weight of 1.4-1.7kg
• fish will be skin on, scaled and the fillets will be neatly vacuumed
